When I upgrade my license from RHEL5 to RHEL5 AP, how do I switch my
server rhn registration to use the new license ?
You need to replace redhat-release package to the one from AP, delete
your system from RHN or your Satellite and re-register it.
Thanks, Jussi. But the problem was rhn_register does not ask for the RHN
number of the license, it just asks for the account information and will
link with one of the entitlements, which is a mix of RHEL and RHEL AP.
So which one it will get ? That's what I got consfued.
I did get a reply from RH support, and the answer is I do not have to do
any thing on my server. When I go to RHN and select my server, I have
options to assign my server to cluster channel and install cluster/gsf
packakes besides having support for unlimied virtualization guests.
