I can see both sides of this. Of course as a customer I would like to get the ISOs before the GA. . . because that would be faster. However, Red Hat could get the reputation of being a secretive cabal doing things in a non-public way, which shareholders especially hate when they think a new product might have a couple extra days of sales.
