It means "kernel-debuginfo", which you can get here:
http://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/enterprise/5Server/en/os/x86_64/Debuginfo/
I think there is also a "debuginfo" channel in RHN.
Joshua, thanks for the ftp link. I did use "yum search debuginfo" but it
did not list anything besides yum-utils.
