The last time I did this, I discovered that Postfix has adopted Sendmail
milters as its filter interface. clamav-milter is available from EPEL.
(So is spamass-milter for SpamAssassin, which is also helpful. As a result,
my setup doesn't require an extra daemon to talk to the filters.)

I'm extremely disappointed that you have to go outside RHEL to get clamav,
considering its importance. If Red Hat has a reason for this other than
priorities, I'd love to know about it.
