Should be the same. The multipath support in RHEL4 is older than RHEL5, but pretty much works the same, and definitely supports the fail_if_no_path and queue_if_no_path options as much as I remember. Is your system RHEL4? You didn't mention that in your original post and your asking on the RHEL5 list so I assumed RHEL5. You'd do better to ask RHEL4 questions on the RHEL4 list.
