In Italy, recent        regulation by Privacy Authority (still not clear at
all) will force companies to trace all administrative accesses.
Login with generic user (root/administrator) must be linked to real,
personal accounts. Login/logout/wrong password attempts must be traced and
archived on non-alterable media.
It is not still known if these regulations will be mandatory or "normal OS
tools" will be enough.

In your opinion, does Red Hat provide tools to accomodate these requests or
buying specilized hw (appliance for log collecting, to distribuite root
passwords on demand, etc) is needed?
