Welcome to Red Hat!

You're going to see that a lot... positively ancient versions of some
things.  All you can do is build from source, or look for more
up-to-date stuff on http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages.php  By the time
Red Hat gets around to supporting Texlive (if ever), it'll be years from
now, with whatever version is around now.
