I'm glad to see Red Hat admit there's a problem and that there's an open bug on it. I opened a support case about this in August and the response was basically that it must have been my fault (even though I have not changed any of the default settings). Also, I noted that when I followed the URL in the error message, I got Customer Service instead of Technical Support; the support response was that I appeared to have contacted Customer Service instead of Technical Support and that I should have contacted Technical Support.
