Back in early February, a list subscriber wrote the following:

As a Red Hat partner, I can confirm that we have had access to RHEL
6.0 Alpha 1 thru 3 since Q3 last year. It is based on F12 and I would
expect the first partner Beta very soon, probably followed by a public
Beta.

I believe Red Hat works with their various hardware partners months if
not a whole year before the first public beta of a new RHEL release.
Partners like EMC, NetApp, HP, Dell, etc. Everyone wants their hardware
certified (or very close to certified) to work with RHEL 6 the day the
beta is released so when the full-blown version is released, people can
jump on it.
