I think you're confused by "para" vs. "full" here. You can have bits of
both : You can only fully virtualize Windows with RHEL, you can't
para-virtualize it as it would require a special kernel and whatnot.
*BUT* you can para-virtualize some hardware which benefits from more
direct I/O between host and guest, and for fully virtualized Windows
guests, those are the network and block devices, which then require
some special drivers.
