Can you post more of your yum output (where you had "<snip>")?

It would better explain how it resulted in these dependency resolutions
(to KDE et al.).

For those that were not aware, Firefox was rebased to 3.6.4:  
  http://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2010-0501.html  

Firefox 3.0 has been dropped by upstream for many months now., and
a rebase -- while typically avoided -- must have been required to
ensure security.  Please file appropriate tickets if there unexpected
issues with this rebase, such as the following.
