Grr, as soon as I sent this, I realize that (despite double checking), I
managed to typo _netdev.  D'oh!

However, this still appears to be a problem.  "multipath -v2" shows
nothing.  Or does LVM-on-multipath somehow just confuse this?  Watching
the counters, it appears that multipath is in fact working, it just
doesn't show up.

Oh well, ignore my noise. <sigh>
