If your ethernet card is broadcom, I'm sure you have to update bnx2
kernel module.
Try to visit:
http://www-933.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/systemx/selectFixes?parent=ibm~Systemx3650M2&product=ibm/systemx/7947&&platform=RHEL+5&function=all
and download lastest driver module for your ethernet card.
