Could someone help me remember (I am absolutely embarrased by this)...Who was
the Nobel Prize Winner for Peace at the same time Jimmy Carter was up (like his
2nd go round)? President Carter had stated that he could not, nor would not
share any Prize with this man even if it was for World Peace.
Anyone?
