Wishing? If I were wishing... I would be wishing something far more to my own benefit. Or I would be wishing that you would actually want to know the truth rather than simply support your own suppositions. In terms of what was and was not ruled out by whomever... it means NOTHING if you can't see the man's medical records does it? Now WHY would these be kept so secret if there was nothing to hide? It isn't Arafat's physician who is trying to hide anything... he is seeking for revelation rather. The aids rumor is totally unfounded according the state of the man's health immediately prior to his falling ill so QUICKLY.
