Saddam was choosen for his ineptness by Bush and company. He is a fall
guy for political purposes.
Papa Bush knew it and I think most of the leadership knew it. Imagine
these past decades
trillions of dollars have been sown around to the few and well
connected. But what many shut out
is the medium to deliver American tax money was war. There is a better
way than the Bush method.
