There is an increased level of abuse on the internet. I have been hacked before. All of China is blocked. Other sites are blocked because they have either tried unauthorized access to ports or the various sites here or are known hackers. My current list is quite long and it is a possiblity that someone can be blocked by mistake. I try to avoid that from happening. However if you are not able to access anything here, it might be an IP block -- but most likely it is the way you have your firewall installed or cookies are not enabled or cache needs to be purged. There are many reasons. IP blocks are just a small part. And of course there are those who must be kept out. Like the other day, someone said they had a problem and soon several more thought they had a problem. The problem was the way the link was written and that will do it everytime -- but the bottom line is, there was no problem. If you are experiencing any problems, please let me know. It is better to keep it off the lists because it most likely is something simple and we can deal with it better with private communications. If you want to submit anything to me for use anywhere in the portals or Wiki, please also remember to use the right address. Do not mail anything to the list. Never send anything to PNEWS-L because I may not see it and it will be rejected. Sending something to [EMAIL PROTECTED] will likely be filtered also. The only address which you should be using is mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Thanks...
