I love animals. In fact I am an animal rights activist, although not a
member of PETA, but could be. I think there is more compassion and love in
a good dog or even a bad one than in a human being and I wouldn't insult
an animal by suggesting they have more humanity than humans because
humanity sucks. I also own guns but not to kill anything. I own guns
because you can't have a revolution without one. Not that I am planning
anything so foolish (but just in case what is a revolution without one?).
AND (hate to start a sentence with an "and") there are enough crazies
around, and in this world while cops have
guns we ought to have them too.
I own six of them. I even have a concealed weapons permit and can carry
one on me anytime I want.
My favorite is my 357Magnum, but the sawed off 12 guage double barrel
shotgun is probably the best all around home security system of any of
them. It is the same kind of gun I had when I was working in the War Room
at the Pentagon for the Chiefs of Staff. It was the gun we kept on the
other side of the crypto room. It would hang on the door.
