NO they didn't. Arabs were displaced when their leaders told them to go.
Some were moved because they held strategic ground.

What does this have to do with Israel? I'm not interested in your
perception of my history which incidentally is wrong. The oppostion to
foreign intrustion was legitimate but not pervasive .. Jews were very
assimilated and were everywhere. Some fought the enemy and the Romans very
much were the Imperialist hegemons.
