I couldn't get the build from trunk to copy everything correctly either. I
spent a half hour trying to fix it but my nant build file skills are not
even first level. I eventually gave up and just run the build file, manually
copy over the files, then build rhino in visual studio. I think there are
some problems with the build from trunk script as it doesn't take into
account that we've change the proxy generator naming convention and some
other issues.
