In one of our WPF applications we already have a container and a bootstrapper in place and would rather re-use the existing container. I could have refactored the existing code to use the host's container, but this made more sense for us and seemed to be a pretty unintrusive addition. Additionally, in another application that doesn't require a container to be provided we would still prefer to use a separate configuration file for windsor registrations rather than the applications configuration file. You could probably also get away with only UseContainer and assume that if you needed to specify a configuration file that you would just use your own container. Might be better, do you agree? Hopefully my ramblings made sense.
