Third times a charm, maybe... There was a dumb bug I missed. I also changed the message format to be the same as the WireEncryptedString to require a Value element. Looking around, there's now some redundancy between WireEncryptedStringConverter, and the new converter I've proposed. It could probably be re-used and perhaps WireEncryptedString could just implement IWireEncryptedMessage?
