Ok.. randomizing the sleep period seemed to make a big difference if I
have one write thread. As soon as I enable the second write thread it
fails straight away with the "write lock" error above. There must be
something wrong with the way I am doing the write. The fact that I am
so close and can see the benefits of esent makes this so frustrating :(
