I'm really happy about that. It's not because I love git so much
(frankly I find the experience rather sucky on Windows), but it's
because it makes it *so* much easier to hack and contribute. I love
SVN but on OSS projects it forces one to never commit changes or to go
to a whole lot of pain to do so.

I still think SVN is the best tool for 'internal' / 'corporate'
development, but I've come to the conclusion that the DVCS tools are
far superior for OSS projects.
