While you *can* use a Default Host for each of those, I would recommend using the RemoteAppDomainDefaultHost, to ensure endpoint isolation. While they are currently on the same process, that might not be the case in the future, and you want to avoid unintentional dependencies. Endpoints are logically a separate thing. Regarding your endpoint behavior, you are describing a publication of an event that a number of consumers may want to deal with.
