FYI -
I went and pulled down ravendb's esent (v 1.6). When I run rhino-pht
tests it looks like esent isn't releasing when the app domain is
unloaded (see CleanupTests). This causes all tests to fail. I wish I
knew more about the esent interop to contribute somehow to it. I just
thot I'd call this out in case you are having some other issues with
locking edb's or anything.

For now I will just use the v1.5 of Esent (from rhino-pht) and push
that to the esb/queues references.
