I just relalized after I created the repository that it didn't quite
match the naming conventions of Rhino Mocks. We should keep these
consistent. Rhino Mocks is "RhinoMocks" while what I just created was
"rhino-etl"

What does everyone think about keeping the conventions like this? We
could also keep the acronyms all in upper case like RhinoETL but keep
the words lower like RhinoSecurity.

Rhino ESB => RhinoEsb
Rhino ETL => RhinoEtl
Rhino Licensing => RhinoLicensing
Rhino Security => RhinoSecurity
Rhino Mocks => RhinoMocks
Rhino DSL => RhinoDsl
Rhino Queues => RhinoQueues
Rhino PHT => RhinoPht
Rhino DHT => RhinoDht
