Hi, while completing the autofac adapter i run into the problem that
autofac can not resolve components while it is disposing the container.
Which means that i get an ObjectDisposedException in the
DefaultServiceBus.Dispose because it resolves IServiceBusAware.
I want to change that so that all IServiceBusAware are resolved once at
start.
To me that make sens, since it means only the component gets notified
about that start, getting also notified about its shutdown.
Any thoughts?
