Rhino Security is a stable project that is used by many people; however, it
is not actively having new features added to it.  Pull requests are reviewed
and accepted if they have tests and a good reason for the changes.  Pull
requests have been rare recently.

Rhino Security is "alive and well" but it's not "growing" to answer your
question.
