Hi, I am using RhinoQueues to monitor the number of messages my application sends up to the server.
When there is a backlog of messages, I send an email alert out. I have noticed, however, that when there are no messages in the queue, the size of the queue is a negative integer. I get the size of the queue by calling the GetNumberOfMessages(string queueName) method from a singleton instance of the QueueManager class. Has anyone experienced this, or can explain to me why the number of messages in the queue would at any time be negative?
