Here's the link, first of all:
http://ayende.com/wiki/How+to+raise+events+using+AAA+and+RR+syntax.ashx

I've been struggling for a few days now trying to figure out how to
raise and mock events with Rhino. From my experience, poor or obscure
event management is one of the major impediments to adopting mock
frameworks over explicitly coded mocked classes (or no mocking/testing
at all).

There are quite a few articles on the web that demonstrate how to do
this, but they have several problems:
1. None demonstrate AAA syntax for raising events or compare it with
RR syntax.
2. They're mostly too long and detailed. It's like finding a needle in
a haystack.
3. Most of them "mix" test and production code, which is bad. They
generally rely on special flags in the production code to denote that
events were fired, which introduces unnecessary complexity (and
possibly dependencies) into the production code.

So I've finally figured out how to do this and decided to write a
short article on ayende's wiki. Hopefully this will save people some
time, and break down the barrier to adopting mock frameworks.

I'd love to hear any feedback.
