Bill/All, This was fixed today in "trunk". We'll be releasing a new build (called RhinoMocks 3.6.1 or 3.7 not sure yet), which fixes the BadImageFormatException.
In fact I wrote a test using Microsoft's Unity DLL which failed, then we got that particular test to pass.
