I'm not 100% sure from your description whether your hitting this issue http://support.castleproject.org/projects/DYNPROXY/issues/view/DYNPROXY-ISSUE-72 or some other variation, but this is almost certainly bug in Visual Studio debugger. There was more than one like this, and the things got fixed in VS 2010 debugger (I don't know of this particular issue 72 was fixed, as I was never able to reproduce it).
