Solved the second part - how to program the Stub to return the data:
var cache = MockRepository.GenerateStub<IDataCache>();
cache[expectedCacheKey] = cachedObject;
But still haven't solved the main point of this thrust - to identify what
cache key was passed into the Indexer.
