Could anyone enlighten me as to what this would mean?

I'm running rhythmbox--merge--0.9--patch-22 with oliver's
rb-glib-2.6.4 patch applied. The above error is output when I start
rhythmbox with a fresh, empty ~/.gnome2/rhythmbox/ folder. If I start
rhythmbox with my old cluttered database, I get a segfault.
I'm lost ;-)
