Not yet. Bug 330411 (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=330411) has been open for this issue for some time, but no one seems to be working on it. I think it would be quite difficult to implement this in the existing DAAP server code in rhythmbox. This, stupidly enough, is because we avoid using chunked transfer encoding as iTunes can't seek properly if we do.
