Hi Christophe, I agree that Browse and even a Sidebar button would better serve next to their respective widgets. Or even custom, more intuitive, icons might be enough.
I mentioned something similar (though much more drastic) here: http://mail.gnome.org/archives/rhythmbox-devel/2007-December/msg00044.html and here: http://mail.gnome.org/archives/rhythmbox-devel/2007-December/msg00048.html Since this is a very simple issue, you could file a bug report quite speedily - listing your reasoning and any mockups, etc. Cheers, Steven On Dec 11, 2007 5:29 AM, Christophe Dehais <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi! > > Won't it make more sense to move the browser toggle from the main toolbar > to the top of the browser view itself (see attached mockup). > The rationale behind this is that the browser enable state is per-source, > as is the search field, so putting them together would enforce this idea. > > what do you think ? > > cheers, > Christophe > > _______________________________________________ > rhythmbox-devel mailing list > [email protected] > http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/rhythmbox-devel > >
