Rhythmbox already does this, sort of. If you drag a song to your iPod source (or any music player) that isn't in a format the player supports, it will automatically convert it. You need to have an encoding profile set up for the format in Edit->Preferences->Music->Preferred formats. -- Adam Zimmerman <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> CREATIVITY - http://mirrors.creativecommons.org/movingimages/Building_on_the_Past.mpg ALWAYS - http://www.musiccreators.ca/ BUILDS - http://www.ubuntu.com/ ON THE PAST - http://www.theopencd.org/ -- "Life, loathe it or ignore it, you can't like it." -- Marvin, "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" _______________________________________________ rhythmbox-devel mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/rhythmbox-devel
