Party mode correspond to full screen mode. I would say you can use gconf to do what you want to gconf notifies aren't connected back in rhythmbox it seems (I'd consider this a bug but this is subject to discussion for each projects using it). You can still use it but it implies you start rhythmbox after doing the following: gconftool-2 --set --type boolean /apps/rhythmbox/ui/fullscreen true -- Gilles Dartiguelongue <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
