Hi, What do you mean by "settings to sync the scrobbling between my spotify"? Do you understand Spotify is a completely different application then Rhythmbox and any setup in one application has nothing to do with the other application?
Only songs played in Rhythmbox will be scrobbled to Last.fm, if you configured Rhythmbox to do so. To scrobble songs from Spotify you need to check how they do it in Spotify. Regards Alexandre Rosenfeld
