To get the owner of a particular partition in a given cluster, attach
to one of its nodes (always be sure to disconnect with control-d!) or
use a remsh, then enter the following:
{ok, Ring} = riak_core_ring_manager:get_my_ring().
riak_core_ring:index_owner(Ring, 0).
replacing 0 here with the index identifier for the partition that
you're interested in.
