Hi Jorge,

My first guess was that there was an issue with backing up data from
1.0.x to 1.2.x but we've tested that and it works as expected.

Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this ...

Have you done any other backups that were successful? Any chance you
could test backing up new data from your 1.0 cluster to 1.2 to see if
you can reproduce the error?
