I've delete index using http://docs.basho.com/riak/latest/dev/references/search-indexing/#Deleting-using-the-Solr-Interface and than immediately add it by http://docs.basho.com/riak/latest/dev/references/search-indexing/#Indexing-using-the-Solr-Interface
Item will not appears in search results in cluster setup. On single node not seen this issue.
