I tried to remove submitMode="ajax" from menuItem and run the test and again
the issue is not reproducible. The issue RF-3290 is not similar to this issue -
the reason of that bug is MyFaces JSF implementation. And the current issue
should be reproduced with Sun implementation. Can you, please, provide the
small sample war with this issue reproduced. Can you also try to run your
sample on FireFox browser if it is possible? It will help us to find out what
its origin is. I'm sorry that we can't help you immediately.
