attributes "maxInputWidth" and "minInputWidth" for InplaceSelect and
InplaceInput don't work with layout = "block"
Set selectWidth="" or erase it from tag.
Expected results:
"maxInputWidth" and "minInputWidth" for InplaceSelect and InplaceInput should
work with any value of layout.
