Update RichFaces CSS to include margin=0 for visual components

If you are used container based CSS and "form, p" or "table" is set with a
margin > 0, the RichFaces rendering of some components with get messed up (see
post for screenshot). The easy fix is to simply add margin:0px; to the
RichFaces components that are affected. I am currently doing this but this is
fragile if I decide to upgrade version because the URLs for background images.
