Multiple ScrollableDataTable on one page do not work

If you include more than 1 scrollableDataTable on one page the width of columns
cannot be adjusted any more.
This is due to dr-sdt-c-* style classes dynamically generated multiple times
within the document.
This problem occurs since 3.2.1 CR3
