Plain skin provide no parameters, So no fonts, no backgrounds. With all this
parameters absent - every page looks similary to attached one.
If you think we should fix this for plain skin (I think not. This skin doesn't
provide nothing and we've declared this) using corrections in our common css -
this bug should be moved to next version I think because as I've mentioned all
the pages should be revised.
