Step 1. Add following div on the page:
<div style="position: relative; font-size: 50px; z-index: 2; color:
navy">z-index</div>
Step 2. Set zindex="1" for rich:modalPanel.
Step 3. Navigate to page, contained modal panel rich component.
Step 4. Call modal panel.
Step 5. Select div text.
Step 6. Try to move modal panel or close it, using control inside "header"
facet.
Actual behavior:
It's impossible to fix cursor on header for moving or closing modal panel.
