Step 1. Move several items from component's source panel.
Step 2. Select any item from component's target panel.
Step 3. Change order of selected in Step 2 item by "First", "Down", "Up" or
"Last" controls.
Step 4. Verify correspondence ordering in component's target panel & customize
simple application toolbar.
Actual behavior:
Component's target panel order changing doesn't lead to changing order in
simple application toolbar.
